Our company was first established in 1978 by Walter Gilli; since then we have specialised in automatic turning from bars, manufacturing turned components based on customers' specific projects and drawings.

At the moment 9 people are employed, including 7 workers in the production unit working in rotating shifts.

Despite its limited dimensions, our company can rely on professionals who are specifically and solely dedicated to the various departments (accounts, sales, warehouse and tooling departments).

Our core activity is the production of special components in series, made of the most varied materials such as brass, steels, plastic materials, aluminium, etc. using equipment and tools that are purposely shaped to match the desired target profiles and the material being processed. With a view to raising our quality standards and reducing lead-times to a minimum, we have set up our own in-house tool shop equipped with CNC machinery, which allows us to perform perfect profiles from CAD calculations and reproduce them on many types of metal, including composite metals with very complex shapes.

Thanks to our high level of specialisation, we can cover a wide range of products, manufactured to high quality and quantity standards. Our machines include mechanical cam-operated single-and multi-spindle lathes, automatic NC single-and multi-spindle lathes with up to 16 simultaneously controlled axes for machining bars with diameters ranging from 2 to 75 (100). Most of these machines are equipped with motor-driven tools that can perform radial machining operations, allowing them to operate as work centres.
