In April 2004, our company became a member of the European Working Group called “Zero defects objective First operational Unit”, a part of NORMAPME European Working group.

NORMAPME is a non-profit International association set up in 1996 under the name of “European Office of Crafts, trades and Small and Medium sized Companies for standardisation” with the support of the European Commission.

NORMAPME is the only European organisation that deals with the interests of small companies within the European Standardisation System. Its members represent over 11 million companies in all European countries, including EU and EFTA member states.

Our customers' specific requests have led to the introduction of controlled processes at our company and have helped increase awareness in terms of quality requirements.

This is the reason why our company is implementing a quality management system certified by TÜV ITALIA in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and is expecting to be awarded this certification over the first months of 2017.
